America Business Network is in development. Sample companies and projects are clearly labeled and are not live opportunities. Final operator details and policies must be completed before public launch.
Account and project data
The application stores account details, company profiles, projects, bids, messages, uploaded documents, and inquiries in its database and file storage. Passwords are hashed. An HTTP-only session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated.
Public and private information
Published profiles and public projects can be viewed by visitors. Private projects are restricted to their owner and permitted participants. Bid and message access is restricted to the relevant accounts. Company documents remain private unless shared as project plans or addenda.
Cookies and payments
The application uses an essential session cookie for authentication. No advertising or analytics trackers are included. If enabled, subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe.
Before the public launch
The operator must publish final terms, contact details, privacy rights and retention procedures, payment policies, verification standards, and dispute handling procedures. These development notes are not final legal policies.
